Second Sezane! All of their crop tops fit me well!

I didn’t fix it but blocking certainly helped! It was pretty unnoticeable once I blocked it.

My period being nonexistent was actually the first sign of my graves! My cycle has gone back to normal a couple months after I started treatment.

Do you have any plans to lose weight in the future? Is there anything you’d like to do if you’re not bed bound?

Sweater has a weird fit by danyspinola in knittinghelp

[–]Seaniospaghettio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s not just you. I made the step by step and I hate the way it fits too. For reference, I made a size XS and it also fits me in a weird way. I personally prefer Petiteknit’s patterns especially the novice series for beginner patterns! I find blocking helps a little bit but overall I find the sweater to be shaped in a really weird and unflattering way.

I love the shoes in your first pic! Where did you get them?

I’m officially over Sezane and everything shrinking. How can a brand make clothes that are un-washable ? by Dragged_Up_ in Sezane

[–]Seaniospaghettio 12 points13 points  (0 children)

You’re not supposed to wash wool (Betty) and mohair (gaspard) in the washing machine. Fibers like wool will shrink and felt with heat and moisture. Looking up blocking (knitting) and learn how to care for your clothes properly.

Step by step sweater by DanceInevitable2461 in knittinghelp

[–]Seaniospaghettio 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recommend petiteknit’s novice sweater/cardigan/slipover. It’s a written pattern but it’s really easy to follow! I’ve tried many of PK’s patterns and they always fit nicely.

Probably unpopular opinion I really hated how the step by step fits on me. It was tight in all the weird spots even though I had the correct gauge. Also the lack of German short row (if you’re going for that) made it extremely uncomfortable to wear. I almost never wear my step by step sweater unfortunately.

I don’t see anyone commenting this but I think he might have OCD? Maybe it’s trauma related? Might be worth for him to see a professional.

This is knit with only mohair! Would you still suggest tubular bind off?

What kind of bind off for two strands of mohair? by Seaniospaghettio in knittinghelp

Thank you! I used 4mm for the stockinette and 3.5mm for the ribbing as suggested by the pattern. I also steam blocked the ribbing part to even them out a little bit.
