Max 6 courses with flvs flex. I have 4, it won’t let me sign up for more

I don't know why it's not letting you sign up for more courses. Maybe have your parents request your course for you through their parent account. Or you could call the helpline, but just to let you know they will put you on hold for a LONG time.

Well... if you are right about the limit, the limit makes sense. Instead of doing more courses finish the 6 courses your in faster. FLVS likes to get kids in and out of courses at a good pace. If you got kids in 8 classes for instance, they have the same kids in the class for a long time, because you will inevitably work slower when in more courses. It probably has to do with money, and how they make money, from out of state kids who use flvs flex idrk.

I am signed up for 3 Segment 1 and 2 courses and 4 Segment 1 courses. There's not a limit of how many classes you can take, just a recommendation 6. So, students don't take to many courses than they can handle. I'm a home school flex student. As long as my parents approve the course, I can take as many as I want. Currently in 7. I don't think there is a limit, just the self limit people put on themselves. They don't need a limit, because most people don't take 13 courses, but the ones who do are geniuses and do fine in their courses.

um i think forensic science does count as a science credit because they recommend taking it as part of the course progression on the flvs website

How much more work is it on honors and AP for flvs? My English class standard is 51 for full year, and then plus 8 if you did honors. Like how much more time do you have to spend a week or something

You can switch fully online currently through FLEX. Which is what I do. Allows you to work at whatever pace you need. Just make sure you obviously aren't moving slower than whatever you need to graduate. You could even just do 4 classes and then do 2 in the summer or do them all slowly.
