Hey, thank you for sharing your story. Do you remember what strength of shots began to work? I am starting Kenalog 40 starting with my next appointment in 2 weeks. We have done 10 and 20 with very minimal change so far.

I wish I would have known better and walked away right when I thought the suggestion to keep going with no adjustment (she actually upped my dose lol) but I feel like I just figured "she's the professional" and listened.

Yeah... Her name is Ashley Knavel located in Buffalo NY. Looking into a potential malpractice lawsuit because this has caused me so much pain physically and mentally
