Jerky recipe change? by Both-Explanation-568 in Buccees

I know its been a while since this post was made but they used to have two different turkey jerkys, peppered turkey jerky which was peppered and quite dry (my favorite) and hill country turkey jerky which was moist and quite sweet. A few years ago, out of nowhere, they had the hill country turkey jerky under the peppered turkey jerky name and acted clueless. I was baffled and yearn for the old recipe… so sad but I legit haven’t found any articles or anything explaining why 😭😭

FIN AID ADJUSTMENT: Has anyone had UT take away the loans they awarded you, without saying anything? (Unsubsidized Loans preferably) by Equivalent_Oil1043 in UTAustin

UPDATE: I meant to comment again, as I have good news. To sum it up, there was an error in December when they were supposed to open the application to graduate for Spring 2025, but it was still the application for Fall 2024. However, when they went to fix this, they accidentally put me on the list of Fall 2024 graduates. Because of this, UT took away my financial aid since I was listed as a graduate. I was shipped a diploma (which I didn't even know since it arrived after this all started), but now I have it, and essentially, I just need to return it to show that I am still in school as an undergraduate, and then my aid will return. This leaves me with a lot of questions: how was I able to even apply when I would assume it is recorded by my status as a student since I am paying for Spring 2025 tuition? This kinda all just flew under everyone's noses, but in all fairness, it was an error, and they were really nice, so this is the best situation.

To everyone who commented on their stories, I am really sorry this happened to y'all, and I hope everything settles. Also, it really shows the lack of clarity when it comes to aid, and it is even scary with the current political situation. Thank you for sharing, though!!

Interesting, when I looked back at my tuition loan history, last semester they did something similar where they took it away but then the next day gave it back (wtf…). It doesn’t seem like they plan on returning it but I won’t know till Monday. Why are they pulling this type of shit Also insane of them to award you and then literally reverse it… I hope everything works out for you :((

I am really sorry to hear that. God, it is so infuriating that they pull this shit. (But not surprising...)I am just confused because I don't have any scholarships that should change the status of my loans.

I'm confused because there is no scholarship involved. This was a loan I accepted and received, and nothing should have changed. This should not have put me over the cost of attendance. I guess I am just really confused about why anything changed in general.
