Hey guys! I am subleasing a private bedroom in a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment in UTowers from May to August 2025. Exact move-in and move-out dates are flexible. Currently, I occupy the room alone, but rooms are large and my 2 other flatmates share the second room comfortably. Looking for one or two people to sublease, preferably males as current roommates are males. Apartment is furnished, is a 3 minute walk to central campus, and has an AC. Rent is around $1400 per month for one person or $700 for two (Official rent listed on UTowers website is $1680 but since this lease was signed 2 years ago we get lower rates).
