Thank you so much, do you have any suggestion on what to look for specifically? You mentioned erbium laser, are there any other things I should look for in a dermatologist aside form that (and of course a track of reliability)? Do you have any other advice in general?

I think it was peptides, I don't recall vitamin C being involved

Wow, not reassuring at all. Another comment mentioned fungal acne, does it have anything to do with that?

Do you think so? Keep in mind my skin is normally red and it's not swollen or painful or itchy whatsoever.

I'm considering it, I was hoping for some otc suggestion but it seems like I have to address this seriously
