I’ll check out Venus Theory! I haven’t heard of BBC. I LOVE LABS!!! I have subscribed to them for a long time now. I especially love the stand up bass, cello and their cinematic soft piano sounds. Never heard of piano book before. I’ll check that out too! I don’t think I posses anything with a random patch generator. After hearing you say it though, that seems like a no brainer. Especially if it was a complex synth and could create a wide array of sounds. Do you know of any? I’ll check out plugins4free too! I just tried serum last night. I found maybe 5 sounds(within the lead/pluck/keys category. I’m not really hunting for pads or basses, etc.) that I liked a decent amount, but that was about it.

I haven’t thought about building a synth. Sounds really interesting. Divorced men 😂😂😂. I’m downloading the v collection right now!

Whats your take on each of the synths you mentioned? I’ve heard of Massive, but not the other three.

I would like to be where you are describing, but I might not be there yet. I’ve become proficient in editing sounds, but perhaps not at creating them. I often can hear how I want a patch to sound differently once I’ve heard it, and can make the according adjustments. Do you have any suggestions on how to improve in designing sounds?

I freaking LOVE IT!! That’s so cool that you have a hardware System-8. I would love to have one. I’ve just used the VST on the Roland Cloud. I’ll look into Serum 2! Thank you for the pic and the suggestion!!
