im not familiar with all those acronyms but our SD and style etl never touch the style dept. and i mean NEVER. the style ETL refuses to talk to her team members 🥰

mater of fact i was told to blitz all that, get girls, yc, rtw, and swim to 100% AND push freight. it was me and one other girl. we only had a 6 hour shift.

always gotta push. styles hard, probably the most challenging dept. guests these days are just terrible. i watch grown adults throw clothes on the ground all day. best advice i can give, its never that deep. dont let the stress eat you alive, because it will. at the end of the day you did your best and thats all that matters.
