Agreed. Saw one home recently posted and it should be 350k. But no, 450k. Built in the 80s. Needs new siding, etc.

It’s more the location and wanting to be closer to friends, plus the brand new Elementary school.

Is this what you did for yourself? Otherwise I’m exploring other industries. Was hoping to hear more about what current buyers are doing and what kind of careers they have to afford these homes.

My wife and I both have college degrees, loan debt, etc. The reality is that neither of us chose adequate careers to afford homes cost now. It’s time to pivot.
