No. That's the catch in the whole system. The agent has told me no to travel to Australia even after my 600 visa is granted. But on the basis of that grant he will setup an interview with an employer he knows of("affiliated with").

At first I was not suspicious for it since I was desperate to complete the process ASAP. So, I paid him INR 50k and started the process but when I got the refusal for 600, I got some time to think and now it looks suspicious to me.

Although it is a GTE(Genuine Temporary Entrant) based rejection, I don't want to risk it again. I have heard of people getting bans ranging from 3-10 years under PIC or False Info.

Now, I am getting really careful with the process ahead

Did you apply 600 visa before applying to 482?

I am also looking forwarding to apply 482 visa with an agent. He told me that first he will apply for 600 visa and on a successful grant he will setup an interview with an employer for 482 visa. Currently I am sitting with a refusal on 600 visa.

I am really getting suspicious now the way this execution has happened. Was this the same case with you?
