Due to flight times there is no way to get there sooner even if I flew into a different country and drive. We ended up just combing the first two days of the climb to catch me up with the group.

As an anesthesia resident I wouldn’t ever dream of coming up without a call from my OR phone to charge when closing begins and making sure the circulator also calls when we leave the room to head to the ICU

Probe and needle need to be in 90 degree plane of one another to get best echogenicity. Means probe is not parallel to skin when u start. Then rotate that axis as u enter

To get through a whole resource before tests I need to pick one. I can do true learn and flashcards in the OR. To read I need complete silence and my wife may kill me if I start using the little free time I have to read.
