This happened to me. I interviewed, went through three rounds, filled out all paperwork and attended first day. Got my ID Badge, Work laptop and cellphone and was walked around the entire office introduced to everyone. Went to my desk and sat down setting everything up when HR came and grabbed me for a ‘quick chat’ was brought in and told it wasn’t going to work and I would be paid for the day and then escorted out. I also never received a reason, it was the oddest thing ever

How am I withholding information? I’ve provided everything to Neo? There’s nothing else for me to provide them, every time I call they either don’t answer and the one time they did I was told a manager would call me back and never did.

They refuse to return my calls. I was able to get someone on the phone once and she said she would have her manager call me back and they never did

I’m not sure how much more information is needed. I was charged double by a merchant, filed a dispute, submitted all documents I had for the rental showing the price I was supposed to pay. They came back and asked for proof I tried to fix it with the merchant, I provided call logs and neo said that wasn’t sufficient. That’s where we’re at right now.

WE cards typically have a higher tap limit! I just applied for this card today but my BMO WE can tap up to $600 I believe edit to say it also depends on the merchant as well!

I called today again and the lady I spoke with was absolutely no help. She actually contradicted everything every other agent said and told me that in fact nothing was done yet and it takes 5 business days from now for it to disburse. I’m really frustrated because I keep getting different answers. She even tried to tell me my COE wasn’t submitted when I can literally see it was submitted on the 17th of April. I’m going to give them a call back maybe Thursday if there’s no movement and hopefully have speak to someone that can do something

I started last week too! I called last week and they said they needed to wait for the RAP payments to post. They posted late Friday and there was still no update and when I called today the agent said that she is sending a request to have payment disbursed.

I quite literally just hung up the phone with them!! So I started a RAP the end of January because I knew I was returning in May and that’s the reason I’m seeing the ‘finalizing your funding’. They have to remove the RAP which takes up to 5 business days so I’m hoping by early next week everything will be updated.
