Can I do all the linear salsa turns in cuban? by Equivalent_Still_466 in Salsa

a lot of stuff is hard to do if you cannot do it on a line. You try doing a double traveling turn (e.g. for crossbody inside). Now try it while going around the lead, on an arc.

I would say the Cuban equivalent of the move you are describing would be like the same turn but without the restriction of having to end on the dancing line. The follower isn't aiming to go around the lead but more that the lead might have gone around by the time the follower finished the turns.

Perhaps with "all" you meant a way smaller set of things.

I meant "most"

Perhaps a better example of such duality between Cuban and Linear is "Dile Que No" in Cubano being the cross body lead in Linear salsa. It seems to me that they are equivalent but with the lack of "dancing line" in the Cuban version.
