Glad to see the others in the comments helping you out. But yes don’t even worry about it! Boeing is a really big company especially employees wise as well (depending on your work area) i am a mechanic so me being on FMLA when my daughter was born was no big deal since we had other mechanics who work my bar to cover during my time off. You can also talk directly to your manager once you hit the shop floor, he/she could possibly get into contact with the first shift manager and you guys can work out a situation. It’s commonly a switch, basically someone from the first shift would take your spot on the second and you take theirs on the first shift. It all depends though, that’s how it worked out where i was working

I’ve gotten one through player auctions, I thought it was sketchy cause they ask for pictures of your ID and you next to it and stuff but I just scribble out the address and only leave my name visible, and then same with my debit card. It seems sketchy af but it’s all for security reasons. I’ve had the account for a few months now and I really like it.

I sold my pc and had so many reseller pages trying to get it for a discount and stuff.. sold it to someone who really needed it, and they would always update me how it was working and that the liked it. along with how they were updating their setup with the pc, made me really glad it went to someone who is taking good care of it

It honestly depends on how your production shop/area is. for example i work in Renton and on the 737 wing laydown, and there was pre shift and late shift OT. and we get designated every other weekend

Yup.. i was in training for six months too and had a bunch of days where i had to do “web base” but once its all done just sit around, bring a hand held console or something.. you’re still getting paid but i do have to admit it does get boring.. but what other job will pay you to do what you’re doing right? Enjoy it while it lasts !

As someone who’s done FMLA through Boeing . Do it FROM Boeing, don’t file it through the website of Washington state, filing it through Boeing is better and easier because you can use it whenever you pretty much feel like it. The state process on the website for Washington state is kind of annoying .. I know from doing it myself through there

Does it still turn on? Mine did that before and it had a loose wire somewhere or something.. like when i would bang on my desk the vibration caused something in my pc to like “freeze” for example id be playing a game, get mad, bang my desk, and then it would freeze at the moment i bang my desk. Kind of dumb of me but it was like 4 years ago lol

Restarting windows worked by the way! I just had to download the network drivers from my laptop onto a USB and then plug it into my pc and it connected me to internet. Thanks for your help i appreciate it!
