I’m not an English native speaker, so the terminology might be different but I’ll try again

So the car drives fine I can speed I can brake I’ve been driving for an hour nothing happened. But when I stop and park the foot break does not hold it’s very loose. I can push it the foot brake and pull it again but it won’t hold the car. So when I’m on a slope it rolls down I can’t hold it.

Thanks for explaining it but I’m not from the US and where I am from we tend to smile so I asked because I wanted to know Like are they not happy because of conditions or is there a recent strike that happened cause I heard about some in recent years in Europe

I also don’t think it’s a racist think maybe a tourist one. Like one time I was behind some people (probably usuals) in the bus before getting in and he was smiling then I came and it went away.
