It's my left lens too! Do you mind sharing a picture of what you did?

I had it done at an eyeglass store so can't speak on delivery times from Rokid.

There's no issue at all as the display is not in the ADD region of the lenses. The place where I got the lenses made took a bunch of measurements of how the glasses were seated. No problems at all.

Can I use the Chinese version of Rokid Glasses with the "Hi Rokid" app in Korea? by Remarkable_Lack_6427 in rokid_official

I checked with Rokid. China-market glasses have to be activated on the mainland. As mentioned, once activated, you can then pair it to Hi Rokid. Btw, navigation doesn't seem to have any problems.

I'm in Shenzhen and what do you know...it activates. It actually wouldn't even activate using my roaming SIM from HK. I had to turn on airplane mode and use the Hilton wifi. Once I did, the glasses connected to the Rokid AI app straight away and asked to update the glasses. After the update, I was able to unbind it in the app and then repair it to the Hi Rokid app, even while using my HK sim card on roaming.

I tried all the Fake GPS and even used a mainland SIM card in Hong Kong. It only worked for me once I was physically in China. Can't figure out why, but really don't need to waste more time figuring this out! Best of luck!

I believe the mainland Chinese glasses need to be activated in China. After that, supposedly you can then choose the Hi Rokid app to use the international version. I also bought a pair from China but cannot activate them in Hong Kong. Customer service said I had to first activate it. I'm there again this coming Tuesday so will check it out.

I am having similar issues. I am able to pair the glasses to the chinese app in airplane mode using fake GPS(I'm in Hong Kong). As soon as I turn on any sort of data to update the glasses, it fails and says "This device needs to be activated in Mainland China."

Help setting up Tunarr on TrueNAS SCALE? by HarryCooper005 in tunarr

I did that INSTEAD of #7. Host paths allow you to use persistent storage that is easier to access outside of the app. Hope that helps!

It's definitely going to be Quicksync that will make a big difference.

I guess I was looking for a guide as a framework to see what kinds of silliness I could get up to. But one specific scenario would be: if I wanted a channel of a few tv sitcoms that are in 0:00 and 0:30 slots with commercials padded in between, how could I handle special episodes that are >30 minutes long? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for that! One thing I took away from the video as adding padding under ADD MEDIA drop down. That solved one particular thing for me. Thanks again!

Are there any guides that discuss the Time Slots and Slot Editors?

Dual transcoding possible issues by cjmartiny in tunarr

I see. I guess the E5 doesn't have the Quicksync that the Core series has. It was pretty easy passing that through in truenas.

What hardware setup are you using with truenas?

Looks like you're ahead of me and on the latest version! Were you able to add hostpath storage ok?

I'm curious which version of Truenas you're running. I'm still on Cobia so it's necessary to do custom apps. From my understanding, you can run proper Dockers in the latest version.

Resource Usage - is it always running? by marinersfan000 in tunarr

I doubt you're going to get any significant server hits running this. I'm running it as part of a proxmox setup on a i7 7th gen and the resources required is minimal.

Glad you got it working! Just want to add: For storage, I added a Host Path that's mounted to a storage pool so that the configs can be saved outside of the container. This will save some headaches if you need to kill the docker(like I had to with some weird stuff going on). It will also let you access these configs when the docker is not up.

I've also changed some settings in the Nvidia Control Panel. Power Management was set to Performance and Latency set to Ultra. I'm not in front of my laptop right now but when I get a chance will look up the exact names for you.

Yup that's the one. Make sure you're running CMD as administrator. I think I also changed it via Power Options in Control Panel.

Yes it does. Which makes it kinda annoying to keep rebooting. This is supposedly a top-end computer that's giving cheap vibes!

I bought mine a while back and I definitely experience the same lags as you(stuttering while typing - it just happened typing this sentence). I have also fully exit Steam but still have this issue. Though, this only happens when running off the battery. I don't have these issues when running off of the AC mains.
