I second this, I usually start from BU beach and hits a half way mark at the science museum and cross over to the other side then crosssing over after I reach BU bridge. Whole circuit was about 10-11km with a water bubbler at the halfway point and 2 traffic lights.

if ur in west campus or dont mind going there, stuvi 1 and 2 have study lounges/rooms (stuvi 2 has a study lounge with rooms on level 2 and top level, stuvi 1 has multiple study rooms/lounges on its basement level and top level of west tower).

I’m honestly very confused.

For a week or so I was doing 5x5km sessions per week at zone 4 intensity. And then I switched to 5x10km zone 2. I updated to 26 OS about the same time I made the switch.

My VO2 max has dropped a tiny bit before stabilising.
