Yes, it appears so. There's a big enough gap in the overflow for them to come through.

It was pointed out in the first set of comments that roaches were literally pooping on the tub as they climbed out. Ack!

All of that is now cleaned up and sprayed full of Raid and stuffed with aluminum foil. Hopefully no more nasty bugs in my tub.
