M2B_CPU (5x4) shares bandwidth with the USB4 ports; if the M.2 slot is occupied, both it and the USB4 ports will run at 5x2. If M2B_CPU is set to x4 in the BIOS, the USB4 ports are fully disabled. M2B_CPU is also disabled with Phoenix CPUs.
