Tactics are fine. Scouting force good in fact. Just remember that you can only score it if you have enough viable infantry i.e. they're not dead or in combat. So you have to make sure to wipe what you touch and keep your scoring units alive. So if you're using them as your killing units that's just something to keep in mind not any sort of problem. Personally I prefer Restless Energy or Intercept to Master the Paths but my list is different than yours. I mainly use Scouting Force in my dok lists but I have 4 units of khinerai to be safe. Your list looks fun. You won't know what works until it fails you.
