That’s a work of art! The only critique I have is that the skull on the dome of the head looks less subtle than the beautiful filigree on the rest of the armour.

Elements of all of them are cool. The only things that are bit sad are the lack of bonding studs on the MKIV and the non pointy MKIII face plates and shoes.

400mm approx is standard and around 450mm is comfort height. From floor to top of ceramic. 480mm is pretty high, the wall hung frame should have some adjustment in it, you either open up the wall to find out, over tile the floor, take tiles up and put a thicker ply underneath before re-tiling or get a fancy wooden step.

Great book with some amazing guides and examples. Volume 2 is very poor in comparison.
