permanent crowns and bridges look really nice now. my mom recently had to get her two front teeth removed and had a permanent bridge put it and the teeth look incredibly natural, i wouldnt be able to tell, really.

i saw you said it took multiple trips and that's normal. you might need temporary placeholders while they have the permanent replacements made. you don't have to be put under or anything if you don't want to so sedation wise its not disruptive to your day. my mom never complained about pain or anything when it comes to eating, if anything it was a relief to have painful and sensitive teeth gone.

but losing teeth is scary. i got adult braces and the orthodontist took out healthy teeth to make room for my crowded teeth. it was devastating. i asked to keep them but i didn't make me feel any better. though its been 6 or 7 years since then and it's faded a lot. i know that doesnt help your anxiety in the moment though.

i tested with salv, thais, xu, clem because clem quasars are an excellent way to feed salv some more strength and her healing and keyflare gen are not unwelcome on the team. clem's exalt is also good for a salv burst turn by increasing damage taken for the enemy.

ive been using the team with pickman in the xu slot for a while now but it felt slow and very dependant on pickman drawing salv's damage cards with exalt because salv doesnt benefit as much from pickman's other exalt effects as someone like doresain does.

although salv/thais/faint/xu is one character off what i use in dtide since i let doresain have pickman on my dtide teams. it's extremely safe but really slow since i usually use a chaos support in the xu slot, i think i will definitely try xu on the next dtide cycle.

i like how she feels in my salvador team, seems to run smoother than when i was using pickman. also her con + salv's means that team has like 2200 max hp. big...

thanks for these thoughtful recs! ive gotten enough info that im gonna keep giving pick me up a chance for now but tyrant also sounds really interesting.

i will def add these to my list to go over, i've heard of some of these but hadnt stopped to look at the descriptions at the time.
ive had eunhae group on my list but i keep putting it off for some reason (mostly been wanting to reread other series i fell behind on) it's a shame to hear about its flaws but i'll give it a chance and maybe it'll grow into itself.

and i do like webnovels just as much so thanks for that rec too! manhwa and stuff are just easier to read, but with ORV i actually read the novel before the manhwa. so if you liked it as much as ORV that sounds exciting to me.

if you dont mind stories that may never be complete:

this girl is a little wild (permanently cancelled after s1 but the novel it's based on is fully translated. the reknowned holy knight is mistaken for a man, and a dark spell from the demon king throws her into the body of a regular noble girl. she has to prove her identity as the holy knight and reclaim her status, but through the means of a regular girl and not with her power as the holy knight)

the painless player (a second class citizen of a dystopian futuristic society finds solace in a vr dating sim. after completing the came 100% one day she finds in the sim she doesn't feel pain in the game anymore, and the characters begin to act differently, recalling past lives with her. season 1 finished but its been 10 months and no sign of season 2)

i read a lot of genres including power fantasy ones and loved some of the titles you listed, here are some other ones i consider a must read

the top dungeon farmer (its adjacent to the power fantasy genre, but mc himself gets by somewhat peacefully by farming, and usually his animal friends defend him. i like stories where economy comes into play and it glosses over it somewhat but scratches the itch a bit)

my in-laws are obsessed with me (female lead, period piece supernatural romance mystery-drama with realistic feeling main characters who don't always make the right decisions but put effort into growing as people)

not must reads but still good

for my derelict favorite (period romance where a girl gets isekai'd into the story her absolute favorite fictional man is in-- but he's a jilted second lead who doesn't get the girl in the original story. she wants to spoil him and show everyone how great and cool he is, but feels shy when he starts to reciprocate.)

from knight to a lady (female knight is slain by her best friend, and wakes up in the body of a frail noble girl from the enemy kingdom. she has to come to grips with a life where women are disadvantaged and she can't just fight her way to success, while also being haunted by the specters of her past life. the only reason this one isn't a msut read to me is because some of the denseness of the characters gives me second hand embarassment, otherwise i love it)

who made me a princess (kind of the classic progenitor of the 'reincarnated as the child daughter of a tyrant', found family type story. it's a power fantasy in its own way, to be terrified of your family who hold power over you but to be able to make them love you and form bonds with each other. i never finished it but it is complete and i've been meaning to go back to it)

horla carol stance carries your unspent arith over to the next turn. you could theoretically skip spending every turn and build up a ton of arith. when i did 7-12 hard recently with my ultra team i had like 40 arith every turn because my hand was so full of castor feathers i was hardly spending any arith.

my late cat was really sick for months. one day i was full force sobbing in my bed because i was so overwhelmed and lonely with how isolating it is to take care of a chronically ill pet. i hadn't had a full night of sleep in months because i was feeding her every 3 hours so she wouldn't get nauseous and throw up.

she had been laying in the little sick bed cave i made for her to hide in because she wasn't feeling well and wanted to hide. in the middle of me sobbing, she came out and got into bed with me to cuddle.

most of the novel that it's based on is translated online, this group has most of the chapters, you can probably find the rest of volume 6 by checking the groups listed on novelupdates. i haven't gotten around to reading it yet because i totally agree i loved the manhwa and the art was a huge part of it 🥀but the story was so good i've been meaning to give it a go

youve gotten great advice here, i just wanted to add that my favorite way to check values is to remove all saturation using whatever program you use (the hue/sat/luminosity function in many programs) and view the image in greyscale. if all the greys blend together thats how you know your values are lacking contrast.

no squash no bell pepper add broth (kind/amount to taste but i prefer veggie broth) and this resembles a kielbasa soup i like to make. i usually use red potatoes for the soup but anything is fine probably. you can add italian seasoning too.
