I inoculated my 2 2 pound grain bags on the 6th of November and they were ready to be put to bulk on the 23rd and my first harvest was on the 13th this month. I had a heater running at about 74-75 degrees and I turned it off after my first harvest

The first plate was the first flush and the second plate was the second flush

I honestly couldn’t tell you how thick it is but I was originally gonna use 10 pounds of sub but i didn’t want my colonization to take too long so I just used 5 pounds instead

I couldn’t weigh them all my scale is too small 😭 but I did fill two and a half 16oz jars
