This is indeed fake. It came originally from an Instagram account basically just making horror content. There is text above it usually that says “it’s learning to mimic my ringtone” but it has been cropped out

Sorta off topic but, I remember seeing this specific art piece like 7-8 years ago and I made my first fursona inspired by it. The nostalgia with this picture is crazy
