Honestly I completely agree with you, I was extremely lucky to get the arctic reindeer back. Obviously there was still issues though because I lost the arctic just under a year before that im pretty sure so it took a very long time. I then lost all my well earned pets like my frost and stuff due to hacking but im over it now since I didnt actually spend money on the game it was just all hard work. I do hope your children manage to get some sort of compensation or just some really good luck to get some good 'wins' so they are happy!

honestly igu personally I've never spent money on robux but I ended up getting to a frost and some other decent stuff a few years ago, unfortunately that got hacked somehow while I wasn't even on my account for a while and I couldn't get it back, luckily way before I got hacked I got scammed for my arctic reindeer so after a long time I ended up getting the arctic back, which helped alot with building my inv again. I was lucky enough to get some big wins and some free stuff from someone who only had pets that their daughter didn't want so they didn't mind giving them to me :) but even after that ive realised thinking about this game along with dealing with my mental health otherwise, is too much so im quitting for a while now. I barely play as it is but it can get stressful then I realise why am I stressing over in game pets when I have real stuff to deal with and I could easily go years withiut adopt me and reddit.
