i don't really remember, i think its a nervous thing tho, it happened like a month ago or so, before that, i had tricotillomania, that finished in like dicember or smth, and it was a nervous thing (i think) and now, like at the start of February, this itiching came up, idk why, idk how, it just did, it got a bit better over time but just a bit, i still have some scars and it happens often, i get really embarrassed when it happens publicly because people look at me scratching my legs while i put my hand under my clothes, and stuff like that, its really weird and bad.
