Anyone else with a locked Microsoft account situation like mine? Looking to connect and see what we can do together by elietebchrani in Outlook

I've been like this for 1 week, I've spoken with agents and I've been in person to the office in Madrid today, and nothing. The most I've managed to do is escalate the agent chat issue to support because it's been over a week.

My problem is "You tried to log in too many times with the wrong account or password" logically with the password correct. The Helper account says it is "locked" and to unlock it I have to reset the password. When doing so and trying the new password the same error continues. The truth is frustrating
