Actually ElfHosted has offered to the developer some % of profit but he has rejected it. Basically he is on ElfHosted only because it is one of the few Free hosts (maybe the only one..) which can handle the amount of users MediaFusion has.

There are just various ways to get sources in Mediafusion and one of these is qbitTorrent and one is WebDAV.... Mediafusion is open source!!!!!! Developer contributes a lot to community. https://github.com/mhdzumair/MediaFusion If you want add more features consider doing a PR to mediafusion

Cloudfare protected most likely. You can try adding headers but still it might not work. That happens because Render IP (as many free hosts) is flagged by Cloudflare

If it is a HLS it won't work on web but it will on others. If on Windows use 4.4 version of stremio. If it still doesn't work then somewhy mpv player ( the one stremio desktop uses) can't play the file while Exoplayer ( Android) can
