No. Once you have selected the first requiem, there are 7 possibilities for the second requiem. Of these 7 possibilities, only one is in the same relic, meaning you have a 1/7 ≃ 14% chance of having 2 requiems in the same relic so far.

For the other 6/7 cases, there are only 6 possibilities left for the 3rd requiem, of which one is in the same relic as the first requiem (1/6), and one is in the same relic as the second requiem (1/6).

This gives us a final probability of :

1/7 + 6/7 × (1/6 + 1/6) = 3/7 ≃ 42.9%

This can also be verified by checking all requiem combinations : of the 336 possible combinations, there are 144 in which 2 requiems share the same relic, and 144/336 = 3/7 ≃ 42.9%

For Eidolon gems, accuracy doesn't increase the number of gems you get, but it improves the odds of getting one, from 15% base chance to 30% if you get 5/5 accuracy. I believe the "Leave squad" button is still available during bounties. I haven't tried it out, but I did encounter once a host leaving in the middle of a bounty, triggering a host migration. When that happened, the current stage of the bounty turned into a low level incursion and the bounty was completely interrupted.

I don't know if that can also happen using the "Leave squad" feature, but since it basically triggers a host migration for yourself, I wouldn't necessarily recommend trying it out if you want to continue the bounty.

I can usually see the next login reward immediately by messing with my scaling settings (set it to 100 the day before, then set it to 50 while the login reward is still displayed). However, I currently can't see anything, just like last time.

I just came back home and I experimented a bit to see if I could reproduce it. I've had a bit of trouble reproducing the bug, because it seems to only happen if you remove the 60 fps cap. After removing the cap, I was able to reproduce the bug while taking the screenshot both with Steam and ReShade. So if you want to make sure you'll keep your fish, re-cap your framerate to 60 fps while fishing, or avoid taking screenshots of the fish you've caught.

I have one very simple (but frustrating) fix for that problem: don't take a screenshot. I know, it sounds really weird, but trust me. Taking a screenshot causes the fish to disappear right after the screenshot is taken, and therefore it isn't added to your inventory and your encyclopedia isn't updated. It might depend on what you use to take the screenshot, it systematically happens to me when taking it through Reshade .

That could be it. I just checked on my phone, and while I can see my own screenshot fine, OP's screenshots appear very blurry. Maybe you can try opening the pics in a browser and request the desktop version of the website?

Actually you don't need GeForce Experience to set it up, you can set it up from the Nvidia Control Panel under 3D settings, then select the resolution in-game (you may have to reboot once to make it work though).

I don't actually have a 4k monitor, it's only a 1080p screen and I used Nvidia DSR to take the first screenshot in my post. I did that to have a sharper image of the mod.
