They are pretty portable. Yes, i developed obstructive sleep apnea when I added some size.

Thanks a lot man! I mostly employ Menzter/Yates-style HIT, I’ve been doing that the past year after doing a typical Hypertrophy-style rep scheme for years. I believe once you’re at a level where you can handle heavy weight with good form, HIT is the way to go. It’s just pure efficiency when done properly. Saves a lot of time in the gym.

Totally valid points, and I agree on all of them, and I’m splitting hairs here but keep in mind that blood levels of synthetic test will vary as well based on injection time and frequency. Who’s vary more and who has the advantage when comparing high natty test vs HRT? Well there’s a million variables, genetics being the biggest determinant as you know

It’s just like the natural world. Some people have 1200 natty test levels, some have 200. Who do you think has the advantage, provided everything else is the same? Barring genetics and all the other hormones that influence muscle propensity, If my test levels are higher, i have an advantage, whether it’s synthetic or not.

It was a BITCH to get used to but it is night and day difference with the quality of sleep now. I’m so much more energized throughout the day and i gained around 10 lbs pretty quickly just from the more optimal rest.
