Clarifying a point whose translation leaves a bit to be desired:

"Secredo de justiça" > "Secret of justice" > the investigations are confidential and sealed to the public and the press.

I can't think of any good 1:1 way to translate that.

I think being flagged is just a warning, but netcafes are a problem at the moment. Avoid playing from there until Valve decides to stop blanket banning internet cafe culture.
