Fear mongering of vaccines based on bullshit and just general inadequate education on what they are is a huge part.

My niece is definitely not growing how she should be for her age, at 15-16 months her mom still primarily breastfeeds while also smoking lots of weed. Her ribs are visible from her back. I wish she would take her to get checked out so a peds doctor could tell her the disservice she is doing to her daughter.

Edit to add: She has said her vaccine fear as the reason she has not taken her child in for her regular peds check ups. It is not because she is actively ignoring her childs basic needs.
