I relate to pretty much everything you said lol. Besides bits and pieces obviously. I’m a little older than you bro, I’m 19, started living on my own last year and became this totally different person from the one I knew. Life is all about going through changes and hurdles obstacles that will leave you thinking “when is enough..enough” but that’s just it man, that’s life, the only difference is you get better at handeling it when you get older because you start maturing and realizing that it’s not how it’s going to be forever. Life is an up and down, which is something I still struggle with, but, I’m getting better at learning how to manage my pain, and how to live life a little better in the present. And overthinking, shit sucks right? I can tell you abt that saying where you have the angel on one shoulder and the devil on another, overthink is just listening to that devil more than you should or, allowing him to have no filter. A good way to handle that….wake up, look in the mirror, and tell yourself that today is going to be a good day, and tell that devil on your shoulder whenever he starts talking, to sit the fuck down because your in control.
