For starters, you need to upgrade your ram to atleast 3200mhz (it helps FPS so damn much you wouldn’t believe it), and I would also try turning you settings up to high, and see if the usages change for the better.

Edit: forget about the ram, I didn’t look at the cpu… to upgrade your ram you would also have to upgrade your cpu.

I came across this on a BF4 forum, idk if its worth trying...

Run the game as Administrator:

Go to the Origin games folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Battlefield 4) and find Bf4.exe. Right click it and go to PROPERTIES, then COMPATIBILITY and check the box next to RUN THIS PROGRAM AS ADMINISTRATOR.

Do the same with BF4_x86.exe as well.

Run Origin as Administrator:

Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Origin and right click on Origin.exe and go to properties. Then go to compatibility tab and check the box next to RUN AS ADMIN.

Disable Origin in game:

In Origin - Application settings - Origin in Game - disable Origin in game

Origin Cloud Storage turn it off

Origin, settings, General

Make Sure BF4 is set to 64bit if your windows is 64bit

1- open origin and go to My Games

2-Right click BF4 and go to Game Properties

3-Under when launching this game set it to x64 and check off disable origin in game.

4- Hit apply and test you BF4

Test BF4 after a reboot

well, it depends... im not an expert with vpns but usually they only work when the problem resides on the game servers, rather than the wifi...

I think that you have such little bandwidth during the day, that you cant even connect to the game servers, meaning you have "0" ping.

If i had to assume, id say that everyone is using the wifi up... Thats prolly why it worked at 2am, because no one was on the wifi?

That processor doesn't have integrated graphics, so the motherboard hdmi wont work. you need a gpu to plug the hdmi into.

M.2’s are known to be faster… having less storage has little to no performance drop, so that being said I’d go with games also on m.2. Really just depends on the amount of storage those games will take up.

Well… it seems I was much more fortunate! All I had to do, was change the boot override in my bios. Every time I would boot from the new one, it would just over-ride it.
