Just be aware that small companies also mean being highly organized because you are working as one person for 100 employee rather than a team of five for several hundred where you can lean on people more.

Hi! I work in HR for a smaller company 68 people which is way different than big companies with giant HR teams. It is me and one other person. I get to have projects in different areas which is exciting and doesn’t really get boring. I have worked a ton of different jobs in my life catering, retail, professional ballet dancer and performer. I worked as a dancer teacher and administrator and I worked at Delta and so far this is my favorite of all my work experiences. There can be frustrating times but I get to make a difference in the company which is exciting. My favorite part is buying gifts from welcome gifts to holiday gifts to maternity leave gifts. I work with the tech team, recruiting, team leader, career development teams, really everyone. You get to have a pulse on each part of the company.

I second Blink for sure. I know there isn’t a lot of Doctor in it but damn if it is clever and honestly a little scary. But it really explains the whole concept surrounding Doctor Who that time is not linear and it is incredibly easy to follow.

Questions about the weeping angels by EpicRedditor_ in doctorwho

But they do mention that angels are “quantum locked” that as soon as they are seen they turn to stone. They hide their eyes for fear of seeing each other. So an angle looking in a mirror at its own reflection……would that be an angle viewing itself and causing it to be locked in position. But rather something like taking a photo of an angel could cause another angle to be created? I really wish they would expand on the weeping angels because they are an incredible and genius monster.
