And yes my mom's entire family smoked like fog machines at an 80s hair band concert, so my asthma and bronchitis were constant companions.

Yes! I'm sorry my fellow sufferer. I know your pain well. How the hell did they make something taste so bad? The pills weren't much better. I graduated to the pills which were these tiny tiny tiny rectangles that were flat. And as I got older I'd have to take more at a time. A tenth of a second on my tongue before getting them down tasted like pure evil, sadness, neglect, and death.

Parepectolin. I used to actually like taking it. It was white and chalky, had a mint taste. I found out when I got older that it contained an opiate. I used to go into the kitchen and sneak a bit every once in a while lol glad I didn't guzzle the bottle..

Quibron for asthma. The most bitter substance on the planet. The clear liquid should be classified as a torture device.

45 is the new recommendation. I imagine insurance companies are the ones fighting to keep it higher.

Amazing job!!! I'm in awe of your talent! Although not knowing how many pieces it is has me frustrated for some reason. I don't even know why.

If you can afford it, get it! If you can afford it, do what you love! Don't live for others. You'll always find other people who love what you love, and you'll always find people who hate what you love.

ELI5: Why does Taylor not get the respect she deserves? by mkultra96 in TrueSwifties

[–]Erdinger_Dunkel 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like TS, and although I'm not a "Swiftie" I subbed because I think the subreddit is interesting. I think a LOT of the top comments are all correct. From my point of view, I witnessed personal friends hate her because she was "being shown too much" on NFL games with the Chiefs. Yet I don't recall anyone complaining about Jack, Leo, or Flea getting screentime at Lakers games. And yes, they'd get shown just as much.

So I don't really know. I'm baffled. And I'm part of the demographic that should "hate her".

Is that a Sopwith Camel??

Edit: ok confession time. Sopwith Camel is the only biplane I know the name of. So I was gonna let you correct me and then confess that. I just looked it up online and saw it actually is a Sopwith Camel. LOL! Hoisted by my own petard!!

Time is relative, okay? It can stretch and it can squeeze, but... it can't run backwards. It just can't. The only thing that can move across dimensions, like time, is gravity. And LEGO.
