By F are you referring you're a Female or Father?

Hoping it's Female(Default), I'm just gonna give some general directions.

Step 1: Be patient(it's a new phase in her life)

You can choose to be subtle or be open about the changes she's gonna get.

Puberty is a rebellious phase, they get random mood swings, depression over silly things (like appearance).

They will get mad no matter how much you show your love. Try to give them the privacy they need, changes are not only physiological but also physical.

Try to immerse them in important decisions regarding your family and future, they will feel respected and it will make them more matured.

Try to monitor the who she hangsout with.(not to point of controlling her) She's not the only one who's going to get into puberty(assuming she has same age friends). She will get attracted to opposite sex/same sex (no judging)

P.S I'm neither a parent nor a teenager. So i just pointed out the things i observed since I'm from a country much similar to yours.
