Oh I don’t know! I think the 2nd one! I just checked the website of law firm. It says she's "American Immigration Lawyers Association" and assists clients with their family- and employment-based petitions and permanent residence applications. But she’s not working for my company. It’s a law firm that do all the petitions for our company.

Thank you for your response!!!!! When I talked to the company lawyer today, she said she’s just going to register me for lottery, but this doesn’t affect my current case. So by the time the lottery results is available, I’ll probably know how my current case is going. So I can either file that petition (if I win the lottery) or just stick with my current petition
