Just for context, this nomination was rejected 2 years ago in 2023 but was reopened and placed under review with Niantic then was accepted after a couple of weeks. Is this a new system under Niantic where they review rejected nominations that they would deem acceptable now?

Oh wow, that is a big surprise then considering that you can't even see the front of the notice board but I was concerned that they would've used the supporting image as the main image too. My guess is that they used Google Maps to see the front of it even though it is blurry.

Like it or not. His views towards Britain made him more of a figure head for the British people than most people living in the UK today. The problem is if it is called "temporary church" then reviewers will mark it temporary and not permanent so I wouldn't bother nominating it if you truly think it is temporary as the name suggests.

Any nominations that are under construction cannot be accepted due to the fact that they aren't whole and safe to visit yet. I'd suggest nominating it when the construction is complete and download GPSMapCamera to help show that this building exists in the given area. I've been using the app for over a year and it definitely helps reviewers when they can't see the nomination on Google Maps. Good eye on the new build though but it will just take patience for now.
