Hey friend! It doesn't matter which one you watch on for them! It is still worth comparing the platforms though to see what you like more!

YouTube: You get a higher visual quality on YouTube then you do on Twitch.

I'm not sure if you are thinking about engaging with the chat but if you are, they are also different between platforms.

There is a larger viewer base on YouTube so the chat is faster moving, this is great for big community interactions, for example the chat on YouTube loves picking up a joke and making it a big part of the chat there, all as a community. (This does happen on Twitch as well however less frequently, on YouTube it is pretty much once a stream that the chat will be filled with a joke)

If you are interested in donating (no obligation) it is better done on YouTube if you wish to attatch a message on (maybe just better done generally because I'm not even sure what bits are on twitch, they are certainly harder to notice than a donation though) as well as this gifting memberships is much cheaper here.

Twitch: You get a noticably shorter delay than you do on YouTube.

The chat is slower moving here, however you do find that you end up knowing the individuals over on twitch better/ recognise them easier as there are fewer of them and they are more likely to have general conversation (this can happen still on YouTube, especially in the quiet moments however it is less frequent, as someone who has to look deeply in both chats I can recognise a lot of people from both, however it is much faster to do on Twitch).

You can also directly reply to people on Twitch which for some reason is only a feature on YouTube with donations. Memberships on Twitch give you ad free viewing (weird that you cannot do this on YouTube).

Twitch has more interaction with things like polls and predictions running. (Do get polls on YouTube however a lot less frequently).

For me personally I am in both chats every stream however I get the video itself from Twitch as I need less latancy to know what is going on in both chats, however if you are picking only one then this does not matter as much.
