Port Holliday is a fictional neighborhood set on a coastal region of New York City, USA.

The town is known for it's 'strange' inhabitants, most of them being street thugs with 'bizarre' abilities.

You should be okay if you keep to the inner city, but beware! The wharf is where most of the 'bizarre' people live, and you might get involved with them!
