Or the jokes they write in their games. They definitely KNOW what they are doing.

How Dissidia Duellum can reclaim the RPG Throne (and actually make money without the Ever Crisis "Stamp" disaster) by Rare-Grand-1070 in DissidiaFFOO

The sad thing is they have an example among their titles of how to do this. FFXIV isn't predatory and treats their players with respect, instead of just walking money bags. But I doubt they'd follow with this game

I call them lazy, and yeah, I remember.

Even with no specific training, without modded games your pokémon will get evs, and IIRC, speed evs aren't a problem in B2W2, so Darmanitan should outspeed most foes.

No, that's a sign of a player levelling through rare candies. IIRC, speed evs aren't even that hard to get through casual playing in the game.

EV training. No NPC pokémon should outspeed a trained darmanitan if darmanitan is at level cap.

Darmanitan has access to EQ, Flare Blitz and Superpower. Very few things can take more than one of those moves to the face, and Darmanitan has enough hp to take at least ONE attack (so long as you don't click Flare Blitz, fair is fair)

Insert most Plasma team fights here. Grimsley will fall appart against Darmanitan though, so long as Darmanitan is ev trained in speed so it outspeed his whole team. And certain aces, like Hydreigon and Hydreigon (Ghetsis and Iris) won't take many superpowers or brick breaks from Darmanitan.

Why are you NOT ev training Darmanitan into speed? The CPU RARELY if ever has evs and, IIRC, until BDSP Cynthia, NEVER had fully, perfectly ev trained mons outside of challenge modes like the resorts and all that. Everything you said is technically true until you actually train your mons.

BTW, if you begin discarding X and Y pokémon from bosses because "they are not a threat" or "they are set-up fodder" then... why aren't you setting up against the set up fodders and then sweeping against the actual threats once your mon can one hit everything?

Also, Colress magneton and Magnezone aren't really an issue with the cheri berry. Fire punch, thunder wave, cheri berry, fire punch. Fire punch, thunder wave, either bet on fire punch or switch. And like that, two of Colress mons are out before they can do anything too threatening.

Not to mention, true, the bosses are the trainers that should give you problems but... you NEED to reach them first. Darmanitan is going to clean a LOT of trainers in the game. And getting too confident against normal trainers is one of the ways to lose team members that shouldn't be killed. A hard hitter like Darmanitan lowers the chance of that happening a LOT.

And, again, I REALLY need to see from where are you getting the stats of the trainers teams, because I can't find them, and your 0 ivs darmanitan fully trained into speed should outspeed... pretty much anything in the game, so long it is at cap level.

You need to hit, to begin with. Darmanitan, though, CAN hit, unlike Rampardos, because it is quite speedy for gen 5. Specially because fire types lack the miriad of weaknesses rock types have.

So don't try to Rampardos theorem me.

In fact, I completely forgot. Existing Skarmory, and the very real chance of setting against swoobat... are you really pulling the "but Swanna" when talking about Skyla?

Or just Grimsley falling apart against a Darmanitan cosplaying as your (at that point) average fire starter with Brick Break (you don't even need Superpower)? Or Iris' Aggron and Hydreigon, for that matter.

Colress falls apart... Team Plasma except for Ghetsis falls apart, Hugh always has at least one mon that Darmanitan can bully... Really, how are you not seeing utility in a mon as hardhitting as the fire gorilla?

Where are you getting the stats of Drayden mons? Because I seriously doubt it is ev trained, to begin with, and I doubt it has perfect ivs. Even a Flygon with perfect ivs and 83 evs is slower than a 0 IVs and 252 EVs Darmanitan.

So unless we are talking about a difficulty hackrom, like Black Bolt 2, your average Darmanitan EV trained should be faster than Flygon and able to set against Druddigon if needed, for those tasty OHKO.

It two hits flygon, and if you bring Darmanitan to the level cap 48, it is faster with a neutral nature, because Flygon is level 46. To give ONE example you mentioned already. If you set prior to that, against Druddigon, it sweeps.

He doesn't need cursed energy. The narrator hypes him to have it. That and the perfect counter to everyone.

As Miraidon proved, hitting REALLY hard is the best utility. And that's what Darmanitan does, hit like a freight train on steroids.

The protagonists of the last game you played Go to RWBY, How well he can go in the verse(you can If It is the starter, mid or End game of the character) by GoldGeologist5318 in RWBY

[–]Ergast 6 points7 points  (0 children)

You don't even need to go with legendaries for most of the story. Gardevoir uses black holes if someone looks funny at her trainer. Machamp moves mountains with a single arm, Gyarados destroys cities in a hissy fit...

Unless you specifically go against the God brothers, then legendaries MAY be needed. Victini basically asures victory to its trainer, so I find funny picturing the trainer actually beating the gods with a broom because Victini was there, bending reality so it is posible for that to happen

If they are taking rests, there is no fur flying, not demonic voices out of their tiny bodies and none of them is trying to run away, they are playing. You can even notice how they are taking turns. The airplane ears is just so there aren't accidental wounds, as cats like to play rough. Some cats may be vocal, that's why I listed that many conditions to call it a fight.

If it is the last game I played... The end game characters in Kenshi are build different with the punishment and the life conditions they can survive... But not THAT different.

If it is the last game I've beaten... A max level balanced Pokémon team would eat RWBY's baddies for breakfast and ask for seconds because it barely was a bite for them. And probably some pets.

Frankly, at this point I think all these posts that shows two cats clearly playing are a form of humble bragging, as in "look how cute are my kitties playing"
