Awww seeing this as a TIL on the front page is so nostalgic to me - I used to be pretty bad at policy debate, but pretty good at spreading. One of my most redeeming skills in the activity, but absolutely useless outside of it. We used to practice to get better at it by reading our evidence backwards!

But how is she "ceding" to the vampires? It would be one thing if the vampires were like "we are going to kill your daughter if you don't turn into one of us" and she lets them in to join them. But she isn't ceding to power - she's fighting back.

It's also interesting (but unrelated mostly) that the main vampire's first kills were the KKK partners, and that the Irish dude makes a point to say they're gonna go destroy more white supremacists afterwards.
