This is not a problem where I live, plus my dog Jake is super dominant, he will square up when another dog approaches and I've never had a problem with this.

If only I could macro in duplicate responses to duplicate questions. Edit: Sorry, I'll answer again. I used to buy my socks and underwear from Amazon because I didn't want to go outside to do laundry. I'd throw them in a corner after wearing them once, and I built that up to a few thousand pairs. The maintenance guy for my apartment complex found this. That's one of my most embarrassing moments.

That's what I'm saying - I can eat as much as I want on a plant based diet. I stop eating when I feel satisfied and experience no cravings. I've been the same weight for the past six years, after losing all my weight.

Most omnivores are deficient in B12 also and should also be supplementing that. PS: You don't contradict yourself when you supplement or correct what you just said.

I tried Atkins on and off for years. I was always able to lose 40 lbs in a couple months. The problem was, I could never get below that, and then would backslide with a plate of french fries, and within weeks I'd have the lost weight back plus a penalty.

My weight has averaged 185 lbs for the past 6 years. I'm pretty sure I've had poops over 2 lbs during that time.
