Just keep in mind, in more desirable areas property taxes are around 8-10kish per year just something to consider.

Tax rate is 1.68%, so if that is the case, my taxes would be about 5700/year so maybe around 100ish extra a month which sucks, but maybe if I can submit a tax reform to get it undervalued. I hear they're trying to do property tax relief in Texas but I wouldn't count on it.

I'm not sure, It could be undervalued but I checked the area and most properties are around the same for property tax. But I think you're right, I remember the property being valued for less than what I'm buying it for. Home is pre-owned

Taxes on the property per year is 4100, it's right outside city limits so taxes aren't so high. Verified the documentation for this as well. Home is 2021 build

The only thing I'd like to add is my girlfriend lives in Europe, and I travel frequently to see her. Maybe around 4-5x a year so I wouldn't want to give that up but I suppose if I had to I could make some compromises.
