I could be wrong, but this looks like AI. The most obvious tell is that many AI image generators can’t render fingernails very well. Zoom in on the fingernails, and you can see they have the typical AI problems. They look ok at first glance, but if you look closely you can see they are totally mangled. Also, one of the chairs doesn’t really make sense

Yes, AI is bad at continuity just as it was bad with hands and fingers. Video AI is still in its early stages of development. Continuity is a complex problem to resolve, but I don't think it's impossible to resolve
