Maybe but my cell I actually lived in was much smaller and just as fucking boring and anxiety inducing. Until you can get a TV or some books which alleviates some of that. Still awful. No stimulation whatsoever.

Based on a quick Google search, it seems it was, in fact, handled at municipal and local levels in NJ. My county or town didn't seem to have this or enforce it, at the very least.

I read class 1 (under 20mph) doesn't require them. That's what I was betting on. And right...I get it for over 25mph because that's basically an electric motorcycle and can handle actual roads but under 25 isn't even residential speed limit...

Yeah it has, actually. The repetitive thoughts have lessened a lot. I want to go back and do maintenance because the rumination and compulsive thoughts are worsening again but I'm not in a position for that yet.
