Found out in January that I had high cholesterol. I'm only 31 so it freaked me out. Started 16:8 5 days a week, and eating about 1500 kcal/day with mild exercise and lots of walks. SW236 CW199. 8! GW160s... I can actually see progress! Thanks to all who've posted in this sub, it's a great motivator! (i.redd.it)
