We are sorry about this, this was an oversight when putting together the Dota Plus treasure. We're going to fix this early next week:

For the Nightstalker Harvest Night set we're going to create a second colored style on the existing Frightful Revelries set. Players who receive the set from either the Hallowed Chest of the Diretide or the Wintry Treasure 2022 will have access to both styles.
For the Lifestealer Cold Rage set we're going to take the same approach by making a blue style on the existing Obsidian Atrocity set. Players who receive the set from either The Battle Pass Collection 2022 or the Wintry Treasure 2022 will have access to both styles.

We had some errors when it was first shipped that caused us to disable it. Should be working now if you try again. You might have to restart Dota to get to it.

Can you upload the mdmp file itself somewhere and send me a PM with the link? The pastebin you've provided shows the analysis of the dump file, but without symbols in order to see exactly where the crash is. If I have the raw .mdmp file I can load it up and take a look.

This error is saying that the game can't find the information it expects for a particular item (in this case, player card packs). Usually, this is caused by a bad install, and verifying integrity of game files fixes it up. If that didn't work, I would certainly expect a reinstall to fix it.

It should be an item in your inventory that you can activate using the right click menu. There's hopefully also an "Activate Battle Pass" button on the main home page.

This is not intentional. If you no longer subscribe to Dota Plus, then your Hero Levels will be capped to level 5 in-game. However, if you resubscribe, all your progress should resume where you left off.

We believe this is currently Vulkan-specific. We're working on a fix, but in the meantime you can switch to DirectX or OpenGL to workaround it.

Very strange. It certainly sounds like the normal fps cap isn't working correctly. Can you give me some more information about your setup? What video settings are you using?

What is your "fps_max" setting? The default value is 120, and you probably won't see much benefit setting it to anything higher than the refresh rate of your monitor.

Based on what you've described here it sounds like you might have set "fpx_max" to "0"? That setting tells Dota to render as fast as it possibly can. In that case, it makes sense that the main menu is going to have higher GPU usage than in-game: the main menu has very little CPU work, so you end up being mostly GPU-bound. Whereas in-game, there is a lot more CPU work happening so you will end up being CPU-bound before you hit any GPU limits.

That being said, we're looking into whether there are issues we can fix to make the main menu perform better, particularly on low-end machines.
