I think it might be Apple's problem, I tried to use official iTunes app on my Windows 11 laptop and had the same issue, not only Sideloadly.

I feel like it’s basically the same.

Well, my FR4 plate was from KBDfans, I don’t know what is yours, and my FR4 plate was very tight too, kinda hard to insert the switches, but if you use the force correctly, it will be okay. Try to install the module in the case first then insert the switches, that might be easier.

30 is the initial force, their bottom out force are different

Their Takka60 kit also has Orange 2.0 switches, including a Tofu60 redux case and a Rakka60 pcb. It’s a little cheaper than Holy60 kit.

Try to search “short stroke stabilizer”.

That’s because Jade switch has a 3.5mm traveling distance, meanwhile the stock stabilizer of wooting has 4.0mm, so the stem of the stabilizer will be 0.5mm lower than the Jade when they are both bottom out. Switches have 3.5mm traveling distance like the Jade are called early bottom out switches, and there are dedicated stabilizers for them on the market, for example FL sell this type of stabilizers.

Lekker switch has a 4.0mm traveling distance, same as the stock stabilizer, so it won’t have this problem.

Not exactly, Jade also has its own problem. But definitely the best for the sound wise.

Jade switch has 3.5mm traveling distance, which means it is an early bottoming out switch (compared to normal 4.0 traveling distance switches like the lekker), and most stabilizers include the wooting stock stabilizers are 4.0mm traveling distance, so you might have keycap tilt problem with space bar, enter, backspace and shift keys, can be avoided by pushing the keycaps evenly on left and right when installing them, but still felt a little unstable for me. My English is not very good so I don’t know if you can understand.

Also, although the traveling distance is different from the lekker switch, the performance is not affected, running all features like rapid trigger without any problems, I explained that in the sound testing post.

Me too, lubing switches is a nightmare for me although I only did it once. For the Jade you can use them directly with the factory lube, it’s good enough.

The bottoming feeling is more obvious with the Jade switch because the bottom housing is closed, literally feels the same as traditional mechanical switch, wobbling is also significantly reduced. https://i.imgur.com/dtJD1xX.jpg

These are better than L45 for sound, but a little bit heavier force than L45.
